Terms of Service

ELEMENTS TAIL (the "Service") is a real-time multiplayer web game operated by 4thconnection Corp (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

The Service runs without a separate sign-up using a guest identifier stored on your device. You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter (such as a nickname) does not infringe the rights of others.

2. User-Generated Content (uploaded images)

• You may upload an image for a face skin. You represent that you own the content or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
• For uploaded images, automatic face detection is applied and only the detected face region is cropped and used; images without a detectable face are rejected.
• By uploading, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to use the content for the purpose of providing and displaying the Service.
• Prohibited content: sexual or explicit material; violent, hateful, or discriminatory content; illegal content; content infringing others' copyright, likeness, or privacy; advertising or spam. Violating content may be hidden or removed without prior notice.
• Detected face images are cropped and applied immediately. Inappropriate content can still be flagged through the in-game report or block features.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not manipulate scores or rankings by abnormal means, interfere with the operation of the Service, or harass other users.

4. Ads and In-Game Rewards

• The mobile app may show native menu ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are shown only after you choose the clearly labeled reward option; declining does not prevent normal play.
• Tail Stars and in-game items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be used only inside ELEMENTS TAIL.
• Rewards are granted after the required ad action is completed and verified. Duplicate, manipulated, or fraudulent reward requests may be rejected.
• The Operator may rebalance reward amounts or item effects to protect fair play, while honoring rewards already validly granted where reasonably possible.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator limits its liability for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from user content.

6. Changes

The Operator may amend these Terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
